• Chicane Events often uses third parties and suppliers to organise and run events. To protect the business, the terms and conditions of our suppliers may super-cede our own. For clarification on what this may mean for your event specifically please ask us and we will clarify further.
  • On the occasions where the above doesn’t apply, a booking is non-refundable once payment or a deposit has been taken. Where possible a credit may be arranged at our discretion. If you need to cancel an event booking please let us know as soon as possible in writing (email) and we will endeavour to work with you on a solution.

  • A Chicane Events event may include activities such as motorsport, which are dangerous and can cause injury or death despite the organiser or supplier taking all reasonable precautions. By attending an event you acknowledge this and confirm that you are aware of the nature of the activity and participate at your own risk.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are fit and able to take part in an activity at an event. All participants will need to meet the conditions and requirements of the event organiser or supplier in order to take part in an activity. If you have any concerns in this regard please contact us as soon as you can prior to the event, and we will advise you further.

  • If you’re attending a track driving event, Chicane Events will arrange insurance for any cars used on the event. The customer or guest will be liable for the excess should any damage be made whilst they are driving the vehicle. Guests will need to fill out an excess form at the start of the day that includes card details in the event of payment needing to be taken. Providing there is no damage done this will be returned to them at the end of the day.
  • Some venues also hold the driver liable for any damage caused to the venue as a result of their accident. Should this be the case the driver will be liable for this too.
